How Booking Your First Appointment Works
We make it easy for new patients to schedule their first appointments and begin their journey toward improved skin. Here’s how it works:
Activate your portal once you receive email after booking appointment.
If you bring completed paper work with you then please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment or 20 minutes prior if you must fill out in office.
Bring proof of insurance and a driver's license.
If the patient is a minor, their parent or guardian must sign a release before the appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 24 hours before your appointment. PLEASE help our staff by clicking on link to confirm appointment via text. This is sent 72 hours prior and greatly helps our staff save time on unnecessary phone calls to confirm.
We collect co-pays, deductibles, and past balances prior to your appointment. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept care credit or American Express at this time.
Due to being a small medical business, We are now adding a CC on file to be seen. Your CC will be encrypted and no one will be able to see your information. Your CC will NOT be charged without receiving a statement and will never be charged over what your allowable is with your insurance. We have been in business almost 20 years and have been using same biller for almost half that time and will never charge anything over what insurance tells us is your portion. If for some reason this is to ever happen you can contact Dr. Kuykendall directly. Thank you for your understanding

Dr. Kuykendall also has an excellent team who is well trained at scheduling your appointment as quickly as possible as we all understand how worried patients can be with lesions of concern or miserable with rashes. Our front desk is excellent at trying to get you in same day if needed in any cancellation slots.
At your appointment we always ask why you are being seen and try to focus on your main concern at your appointment while also offering skin checks to everyone. We always do our best to biopsy as many lesions of concern at one appointment without having to schedule multiple appointments. We are here to provide different treatment options and discuss risks versus benefits of each.
